Cancer & Exposure

When a diagnosis may be tied to something you were exposed to.

Mesothelioma, kidney, ovarian, lung, lymphoma, leukemia, bladder, liver, and uterine diagnoses are the ones most often reviewed against product use, workplace history, AFFF firefighting foam, or a contaminated water source. AI Harm

AI chatbot harm, deepfakes, and image abuse.

A small but fast-growing category of lawsuits against AI companies. A second, newer group involves nonconsensual AI-generated images, deepfakes, and impersonation. The legal framework is developing and pending case outcomes are unpredictable.
